How to submit your Bio and Photo

The Who’s Who In Black South Florida publication is an opportunity for us to afford a measure of recognition to South Florida’s Black men and women who have made their mark in their specific businesses, professions, or in service to others in our community.

Individuals may be considered for inclusion in the Who’s Who in Black South Florida directory by either of the following methods:

  • Research by Who's Who in Black South Florida staff
  • Research by Who’s Who Publishing, LLC staff
  • Included in a corporate sponsored section
  • Nomination has been submitted via www.whoswhoblacksouthflorida.com; or faxed to

A sincere effort is made to include individuals whose positions or accomplishments in their chosen fields are significant; and those whose contributions to our community have improved the quality of life of those they serve.

It is impossible not to miss a worthy individual in a community the size of South Florida.  However, every attempt is made to identify deserving individuals. Your input and participation is much appreciated.

There is no guarantee that all nominations will be included in the directory.  Inclusion in the directory is an editorial decision based on professional accomplishment and/or positive community impact.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Nominations

  1. Nominate yourself or another individual
  2. Receive reply as to whether or not nominee will be included in directory
  3. If nominee is accepted, they will receive further instructions via e-mail
  4. The nominee will be instructed how to submit their profile and photo
  5. After profile and photo have been accepted, nominee will receive a congratulatory e-mail confirming their inclusion in the 2007 edition of Who's Who in Black South Florida.
